GOTT IST TOT! Aber wer hat ihn umgebracht? Gabriel, ein gefallener, alkohols\u00fcchtiger Engel, wird mit der Aufkl\u00e4rung des Mordes an IHM beauftragt \u2013 daf\u00fcr sollen IHM all seine S\u00fcnden vergeben werden. Und er hat auch gleich einen Verdacht: Wer, wenn nicht der Teufel selbst, h\u00e4tte Interesse daran, Gott umzubringen? Lucifer hat zwar auch eine mysteri\u00f6se Verletzung, bestreitet die Tat aber. Und so machen sich die ungleichen Br\u00fcder auf, um den Fall zu untersuchen\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Gabriel hat gegen die Regeln versto\u00dfen, nun ist er nur noch ein Sterblicher mit einem Alkoholproblem. Doch Metatron, der Herrscher des Himmels hat einen Auftrag f\u00fcr ihn, der ihm seine Fl\u00fcgel und auch seine W\u00fcrde zur\u00fcckgeben soll. Allerdings hat der es in sich, denn Gott ist tot und nat\u00fcrlich darf sein M\u00f6rder nicht ungeschoren davonkommen. Gabriel soll herausfinden wer seinen Vater ermordet hat, dabei steht f\u00fcr die Engel l\u00e4ngst fest, wer der T\u00e4ter ist. Nur Lucifer h\u00f6chstpers\u00f6nlich kommt daf\u00fcr in Frage, immerhin ist er der Einzige, der einen Grund daf\u00fcr hat. Oder etwa nicht?\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Nachdem ich mit „The Dreaming“ schon einen ersten Ausflug ins Sandman-Universum unternommen habe, war nun „Lucifer“<\/a><\/span> dran. Im vierten Band der „Sandman“ Reihe k\u00fcndigt der ja seinen Job als Herrscher der H\u00f6lle und inzwischen hat er sich ein Business in Los Angeles aufgebaut, dann taucht pl\u00f6tzlich Gabriel mit seinem Flammenschwert auf und will Rache f\u00fcr den Mord an Gott. Ludifer kann ihn \u00fcberzeugen, dass er damit nichts zu tun hat und gemeinsam machen sie sich auf den Weg in die H\u00f6lle, um herauszufinden, was passiert ist.
\nSoweit die Rahmenhandlung, ein gefallener Engel und der Teufel auf der Suche nach der Wahrheit. Zwischendrin gibt es, wie bei „Sandman“, eine Menge nicht weniger interessante Nebengeschichten, da ist zum Beispiel die immer ausgenutzte Schwester, die pl\u00f6tzlich durchdreht oder Medjine, das Waisenkind aus Haiti, dem es bei seiner Adoptivfamilie alles andere als gut geht. Au\u00dferdem tummeln sich zwischen den Seiten allerlei blutr\u00fcnstige D\u00e4monen und auch mit den Engeln ist nicht wirklich gut Kirschen essen.
\nDie Welt in „Lucifer“ ist eine d\u00fcstere, Gewalt und Leid gehen Hand in Hand und gerade Gabriel, der einstige Strahlemann, ist niemand, mit dem man gerne tauschen m\u00f6chte, denn der arme Kerl muss so einiges mitmachen. Oder sagen wir es so, es geht sehr blutig zur Sache und das Opfer ist immer der ehemalige Erzengel. Es gibt eine Menge Gewalt, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein, aber die H\u00f6lle ist nun mal kein Ponyhof.^^
\nDie vielen Handlungsstr\u00e4nge verwirren im ersten Moment ein wenig und ich gehe mal davon aus, dass der erste Band lediglich eine Einf\u00fchrung ist, der die Protagonisten vorstellt, schon allein deswegen bin ich neugierig auf die Fortsetzung. Allerdings musste ich feststellen, dass sowohl Teil 2, als auch Teil 3 nirgendwo mehr lieferbar sind und nun stehe ich vor einem kleinen Dilemma. Kaufe ich sie mir auf Englisch, denn da sind sie noch zu haben, oder warte ich und hoffe auf eine Neuauflage?\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Auch wenn man der erste Band von „Lucifer“ etwas verschachtelt ist und ich noch nicht so recht wei\u00df, wohin die Strory mich f\u00fchren wird, mochte ich ihn. Schon allein, weil der Teufel nicht wirklich b\u00f6se ist, was nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig hei\u00dft, er w\u00e4re gut.^^ Bis jetzt ist er ein ziemlich selbstverliebter Sch\u00f6nling, den ich trotzdem irgendwie mag. Wie schon in „Sandman“ gibt es eine Menge Figuren, die hoffentlich auch alle einen Einfluss auf die Geschichte haben, noch kann ich das aber nicht beurteilen. Daf\u00fcr finde ich die Illustrationen sehr stimmungsvoll und gelungen, auch, weil sie sich farblich immer der jeweiligen Umgebung anpassen. F\u00fcr mich ist „Lucifer – Dein Wille geschehe: Band 1“ ein gelungener Einstieg, der einiges verspricht. Ob die beiden Fortsetzungen das halten, wird sich zeigen, f\u00fcrs Erste gibt es f\u00fcr den blonden Sch\u00f6nling 4 von 5 Miezekatzen.<\/span><\/p>\n
