Dann bist du hier genau richtig.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heute habe ich mal ein etwas anderes Buch f\u00fcr euch, n\u00e4mlich eins, dass ich mir von einer Freundin geborgt habe, weil ich das Konzept irgendwie sehr interessant finde. Die Rede ist von der „Tales“ Reihe von David Jones. Ich habe das Pferd mal wieder von hinten aufgez\u00e4unt und bin mit dem letzten Band gestartet. Leider habe ich hier nur die Taschenbuchausgabe, was ich ein bisschen schade finde, da die gebundenen B\u00fccher einfach mehr hermachen, gerade bei den Illustrationen.<\/span>
\nAber fangen wir ganz vorn vorne an. Der Autor wurde vor einiger Zeit bei Tiktok f\u00fcr seine ungew\u00f6hnlichen Werke ziemlich gehypt. Im Mittelpunkt seiner B\u00fccher stehen farbenfreudige, aber auch etwas d\u00fcstere Illustrationen, zu denen jeweils eine kurze Geschichte erz\u00e4hlt wird, die nicht minder abgedreht ist als die Bilder. Das Ganze l\u00e4sst sich schlecht erkl\u00e4ren, man muss es sich einfach ansehen. Nachdem es in den anderen Teilen um verschiedene Welten geht, wendet sich\u00a0 „Tales: The Dreamcore Stories“ nur einer Welt zu, der der Tr\u00e4ume, f\u00fcr mich ein total faszinierendes Thema. Mit wenigen S\u00e4tzen erschafft David Jones eine Traumuniversum, aus dem es kein Entkommen gibt. Auf den ersten Blick allt\u00e4glich scheinende Dinge wie ein Supermarkt, eine Pool Party, ein Spielzeugladen oder gar eine Schule haben hier alle nur einen Zweck: Den Tr\u00e4umenden auf ganz unterschiedliche Weise in dieser Welt festzuhalten und so am Aufwachen zu hindern, denn wer einmal dort ist, soll gef\u00e4lligst auch bleiben. Die Kurzgeschichten sind verst\u00f6rend, ohne blutig oder brutal zu sein, denn all diese Orten haben in der Traumwelt ein Eigenleben, das Buch ist also so etwas wie eine Warnung, ein Wegweiser durch die Tr\u00e4ume, der verhindern soll, dass man zu tief in diese Umgebung eintaucht und nicht mehr aufwacht.
\nMir ist diese Art des Erz\u00e4hlens, die quasi um ein Bild herum aufgebaut wird, so noch nicht untergekommen und ich fand sie sehr erfrischend und die L\u00e4nge oder besser K\u00fcrze der einzelenen Beitr\u00e4ge hat mich dazu gebracht, immer wieder zwischendurch zum Buch zu greifen, auch wenn eigentlich nicht viel Zeit zum Lesen war, aber eine Handvoll Geschichten waren immer drin.
\nEs mag durchaus sein, dass nach 2 oder 3 B\u00fcchern der Reiz des Neues verfliegt, das werde ich dann sehen, denn ich m\u00f6chte die anderen B\u00e4nde unbedingt auch noch lesen und werde dann nat\u00fcrlich Bericht erstatten.
\nLeider gibt es f\u00fcre die Reihe bisher noch keine deutsche \u00dcbersetzung, momentan sind sie nur auf Englisch zu haben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wer schon immer wissen wollte, wie man sich im Traumreich die Zeit vertreibt, sollte mal einen Blick auf „Tales: The Dreamcore Stories“ riskieren. Die jeweils nur eine Seite langen Geschichten sind ein wenig verst\u00f6rend, laden aber auch zum Nachdenken ein. Jeder Geschichte ist eine Illustration gegen\u00fcbergestellt, f\u00fcr mich eine gro\u00dfartige Idee uind mir 4 von 5 Miezekatzen wert.<\/span><\/p>\n
